At Gifts Of Nature, taste and nutrition are our top priority. We use nutritious whole grain brown rice and bean flours, unrefined sweeteners, and all natural ingredients. When we test a new recipe, we don't stop until we have a product that looks and tastes as close to wheat as we can possibly make it. Moist and flavorful muffins, soft chewy cookies, and breads that really taste like bread. All of our products are produced in a dedicated gluten free facility!

A Note About Nutrition

Gluten-free baked goods have typically been made using white rice flour and starch, which is dry and bland and provides little nutritional value. To these traditional ingredients, we've added flours ground from legumes (beans and peas). The addition of these flours creates a product which is nutritionally superior and so moist and flavorful that you have to try it to believe it! Beans contain as much calcium as milk, are high in soluble and non-soluble fiber and, in combination with rice, become a complete protein. We also have mixes using Montina™ Pure Flour, to add even more fiber and protein.

Our baking mixes are so simple to prepare, even a novice can have fresh baked breads. Add to these advantages great taste and an attractive price, an we've got just what you're looking for! Our mixes require only eggs, oil and water (brownies, cakes and cookies also require shortening, margarine, or butter). Milk, or milk substitutes, may also be used.
